Hey, here are some sweet pics. Whangaruru had a massive storm this week, and we flooded out and got to wear gum boots again. There's a normal picture, and then the male model - gum boot version picture. I don't really know how that happened, but It's pretty much gonna be my profile picture. haha.
The storm was fun to be in! The waves and wind were crazy! "...whether the wrath of a storm tossed sea, or demons or men or whatever it be..."
Missionary work is awesome! The people here are awesome!
Elder Larson is doing awesome. We've heard from Elder Lawrie, who we've both been companions with.
It's hard to write everything that happens in missionary work, their is so much good that happens! Even on a daily basis, there are multiple cool experiences.
So there is this older lady who lives in a shack, a true shack, by the beach and she's blind in one eye, and doesn't have running water in her house. She's been sick, and when we went to visit her, everything was just a mess. So we told her we'd help her clean up really quick, and we took an old t-shirt and bottle of soap, and went down to the river by her house and washed all her dishes. I didn't know Elder Larson took this picture, but it's one heck of a butt shot. haha.
This is a picture of Elder Walker and I last p-day, he's one of my favorite missionaries. He's from Pleasant Grove. Hogan Walker.
