How's it going?
Thank
you for all the things you are doing. I really appreciate your good
examples, and for your kindness. You are great people, and you are doing
great things. You're all awesome! Thank you!
This
gospel is true! We are teaching someone named Liam and Lelani who are a
young couple living together, and not married. The gospel is helping to
bless and change their lives. Liam is in the navy (most people are who
live in this area) and he is a non member. Lelani is from up north, and
she is a less active member. They have a 7 month old son named David.
We've been teaching them for a couple of months, and they preparing to
be married and baptized in April. As we have been teaching them, slowly
they have started to make changes. Their house is getting more clean,
and lately they have both been joining in on the lessons, and they have
been reading and praying daily.
This past week
we had specialized trainings across the mission. The first half of
specialized training we watched Meet the Mormons! What an awesome show!
It's so cool to see the common themes throughout the movie! One theme
that really stood out to me was that of service, the people in the movie
were good people and they served! They served each other, and others!
That's was helped them to be as happy as they were! The principle is the
same for us.
Today Elder Talamaivao is
leaving the mission, and he is one spiritual giant and one of my heroes.
He was never my companion, but I have learned much from him. The Lord
has blessed me to be companions and serve with some rock solid
missionaries. They're all my heroes!
Love you much! I love hearing from you!
